Let your imagination run wild by building a hand pulled carnival float. The only rules to follow are that the width must be no more than 1.5 metres, pulled or pushed by hand and it can contain a person.
The floats will be paraded on the Funday and displayed to the visitors, before prize giving.
Prizes will be given for the following categories
We would like you to enter photographs, taken by yourself of Cubbington through the seasons. The photograph can be from any time of year, must be original, not entered in any other competition and you must be comfortable for it to be used in the calendar. One entry per person. Click the button below to read the terms and conditions.
Submit your photograph by uploading it via the link below by 12th July 2024. All submitted photographs will be printed out and placed on the walls of the Pavilion on the Funday where visitors will be able to vote on their favourites. The top twelve will be used in the calendar and the picture with the most votes will be used on the front cover.
For a bit of fun we are looking to find the 2025 Cubbington Calendar that made it furthest across the globe. Upload a photograph of the calendar with a famous landmark in the background and details of where the photo was taken. Submitted photographs will be displayed on the website and at the Funday. No prize for this.
Do you have an unusual mode of transport or a classic car that you would like to display at the Funday? We're looking to put together an area for people to visit and admire the vehicles. They can be any age, ideally something you would not see on the street every day. If so please fill the form below, upload a picture and submit the form.
